We discuss with our clients from the beginning of a project. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations, and ideas they may have to help us get an idea of style before starting to work on the project. During the design process, the client is asked to approve styles, specific colors, and fonts before work continues. Once the design project is ready for print, we will submit a final proof for the customer’s approval before submitting to production. Once a job is in production, the job cannot be canceled. After a project, the client may request the artwork in various formats if payment was made for design services.
14. HOW DO I CHECK ON THE PROGRESS OF MY JOB DURING DESIGN PROCESS?
We notify updates to the client throughout the working process. And for any query, you can contact us through phone, Email, or website.
15. HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?
